Frequently Asked Questions

What size showers does it fit?

It is designed to fit showers with wall space between 59 and 100 inches.

Does it require permanent installation?

No. The product does not require permanent installation or modification. It simply tensions between your shower walls, and everything needed for setup is included.

How do I manage moisture after use?

For best results, wipe down the windows after each use and keep the sauna unrolled until it is fully dry. If you need to use your shower right away, simply roll it up, shower as usual, and then roll it back down afterward so it can dry properly.

What are the benefits?

Regular use helps promote relaxation, clear congestion, hydrate the skin, and soothe sore muscles. The heat and humidity also supports circulation, which can aid recovery and help reduce joint stiffness.
